How can we help?

Guides and answers for every part of Yourdiai, from your first import to your hundredth campaign.

Popular:

Unsubscribes and suppressions

How Yourdiai protects people who no longer want your email.

  • Every campaign includes a one-click unsubscribe link and header.
  • Hard bounces and spam complaints add the address to your suppression list automatically.
  • Unsubscribed and suppressed contacts are skipped on every send, even if they are still on a list.
  • An opt-out is never reversed automatically.
