Import contacts from a CSV

Upload a spreadsheet, map its columns and choose a list.

  1. 01Export your contacts as a CSV file of up to 20 MB.
  2. 02Open Imports, select New import and upload the file.
  3. 03Map each column to a contact field. A preview of the first rows helps you check.
  4. 04Choose the list to import into and start the import.
  5. 05Review the result. Rows that could not be imported are listed with the reason.

Good to know

Only import people who agreed to hear from you. Consent status is stored with every contact.
