What to do when another workspace owns your domain.

Each domain, including its subdomains, belongs to exactly one workspace. This stops anyone else from sending as your brand.

If a colleague already added it, ask them to invite you to that workspace.
If you believe the claim is wrong, contact support. Our team reviews ownership disputes and can transfer a domain once ownership is confirmed.
